The critical current density (Jc) has been measured in c-axis oriented MgB2 thin films as a function of applied magnetic field (H) and angle (ø) between H and the ab plane. The measurements have been carried out at various temperatures between 32 and 38 K. The field and angular dependence of Jc indicates pinning by point pinning centers and is in a good agreement with the predictions of anisotropic Ginzburg-Landau model.Anisotropy parameter (γ) of 2.55 was determined from scaling behavior of Jc.
